I reached out to Brad to start a conversation and see if he had advice for someone just starting off their career as a software engineer. Brad went above and beyond anything I had imagined! He offered to speak via video chat and took an entire hour out of his day for me, sent me tons of resources and links to help answer any questions I had, and even gave me a referral. He really is a wonderful person and a great mentor, I hope I get the opportunity to work with him some day.

Brad is always looking for areas to improve the code base and new technologies to try. When he finds something promising, he shares it with the team via awesome demos and broader blog posts and templates. He is also always willing to pair, both when blocked and to unblock others. He approaches work with an infectious enthusiasm for the craft, and is always looking for innovative new ways to work.

I've loved collaborating with Brad since meeting him on Twitch. I've learned so much from him in 1:1 conversations, doing live streams together, his YouTube videos, etc. He has lots of knowledge as a Web Developer and is eager to share it with the community. The biggest downside to his content is that not enough people know about it yet!
